Honestly, I feel ur pain. I got so sick of it I tracked down one culprit and put all of it on his porch.

I have a neighbor that will rummage through my trash because once he got an old boombox and homeboy thinks I throw away primo shite. I've theorized he's on drugs. My girlfriend says he is as he's tweaking by having to pressure wash his house and/or truck every other day. Maybe he thinks I will throw away something of value from him to sell and satisfy his meth addiction.

Well, it's a common complaint of those that pay for dumpsters for the businesses.

Should just lock it like a lot of places but that's a pain in the arse.

How do ya'll feel about people dumping their trash in your can when it's on the curb outside your house on trash day? I vote it's super trashy because if it's some loose debris the trash guys don't always fish it out, so now it's your job to crawl in there and scoop someone else's garbage out

Sometimes I have to leave my can on the curb all day on trash day because the trash crew hasn't come by yet when I need to leave for work. Once I came home and went to roll it back up the driveway and noticed someone dumped their Wendy's nuggets and fries all loose down there on a rainy day in the summer, so it was a disgusting soup in there. The garbage men aren't gonna clean that up, so guess who had to do it? Yeah, me. On top of that, this person wasted like 3 untouched nuggets, which is a disgrace

I'll be honest here, if people's trash bins are on the side of the road and there is still trash in there I'll drop my dog's bagged dog shite in there when we are on a walk/ run. Trashy? I mean probably. But I picked up my dog's shite and your bin is going to be emptied soon. I don't put it in empty bins.
