Some guy plowed into a work zone & killed 6 workers in Baltimore, why do ppl drive crazy?

People are getting absolutely insane on roads these days. Tailgating, speeding, road rage...calm the frick down.

Based on the time of day, I'm going with distracted driver or a medical issue. Even if someone was road raging they would hit the brakes when they saw the workers. Very sad story.

Obviously the Acura driver is at fault for clipping the other car, but what are the charges going to be?
Does the driver get hit with involuntary manslaughter for the 6 deaths?

Was in Houma last week and they had 5 guys standing right here:
No cones, safety vest, etc. And only 1 was working. Like do you have to be within so many feet of work to get paid? Seemed extraordinarily stupid to stand there with cars whizzing in all directions for no reason.
