Ok, am I buying into the hype too much or is it slightly cooler outside too?

I had to put on a light jacket.

weather channel sucks. They didn't even show it when it was happening. They was showing a live shot of it with just a sliver left, then they cut away to that Abrams chick, then they cut back to a total solar eclipse. Piece of shite mother frickers.

We just reached peak obstruction and were on the border of the 50 and 75% obstruction range.

I went outside for it, I didn't look directly at the sun, but it certainly was as bright as it always is and didn't even seem to put any dent in that brightness.

I'm unimpressed.

St. George checking in. Can definitely notice a difference from the norm. It has a very eerie feeling to it...like it's about 7pm on a normal day.

Underwhelming in the 90% zone. It got a little darker, then it got light again....

If you look up at the sun for a second, you can see the eclipse and then look away. Then, not looking at the sun blink your eyes and you can see the image for about 1 minute as you blink.

Did this in 1984 as well and still have perfect vision.
