WTF?
I’m legit shocked that it took the OT this many pages before someone responded to that line. This place is a shell of what it once was.

As least as a nation we’ve moved past the giant fake titties phase. Those were dark and confusing times

Spent maybe 3 weeks in two cushioned chairs pulled together armrest to armrest at Ochsner in 1990. I would have given a nut for any type of bed that actually allowed me to lay prone. Good times.

Yea, I agree as bad as it is, I still had it much better than the trailblazers who fathered before me.

You're lucky they let you in.
My firstborn had the umbilical cord around his neck, and I lost my shite.
They threw me out and threatened to call the police.
Second one shot out like a rocket.

Broken back and crushed cheek, she had it a LOT worse than me.

Ask for extra blankets and pillows to make it a little more comfortable

Tonight I find myself sleeping on this thing again and it’s happening again while my wife plops her arse in the hospital bed
All things considered, I think you still got the better end of the deal between having to birth a child or having to sleep on a crappy bed.

You have obviously never been in the military.
They aren’t that bad

The maternity ward at our hospital has queen size tempurpedic adjustable beds. I slept next to my wife for our first born.
Second was a c-section so I slept in the roll away bed, it was fine, just really loud.
