This city is so fricked. The medical community is up in arms with her new EMS director. Dr. Elder had run one of the finest EMS’ in the country for years now. His employees love him. He’s been invited all around the country as an consultant to other EMS departments. I know him personally and a few months ago he decided to bail on his own because word was out that Toya wanted change across the board. So what does this dipshit do? Appoints a fricking pediatrician with no adminstrative experience.

Latoya seems somewhat competent. However, that may actually make her worse.
Broome is so in over her head it’s not even funny. I shiver thinking about how bad she be if she was effective with her fricked up racists views.
