As a St. George Church parishioner, I’m in St. George Parish, in St. George City, in East Baton Parish.
For that reason, I wasn’t a fan of the name they chose for the new city.

They already talking about passing another 2% Sales Tax on top of the taxes we already have? How about removing the Council on Aging Property Tax from our property tax bill? Can we vote on removing that from our property taxes come Dec. 7th?
