There’s way more than 500 cases in the US right now. We just only know about those 537 of which 22 died. The actual death rate is much lower than 3.9% of people that contract the virus if you factor in that most people that have/ will get COVID19 won’t ever get tested for it and will recover on their own.

Same with China.
The point is there were a lot of posts in the main thread saying that it was so spreading so easily in China cause the people there have poor hygiene practices.
And it would be more deadly there due to their poor healthcare facilities.

This pretty much sums up all the morons in this thread who have no idea of the ramifications of a global novel pandemic. They checked out the initial stats out of China and saw it didn’t effect their age group very much, said whew I’m going to live, frick everyone else.
