I go with Yuengling. Grew fond of it when I started dating a girl from Pittsburgh about 20 years ago

Life is too short for shitty, low quality pilsners.

I stick to good beer……it isn’t Bud, Miller, Coors, etc.

I hear ya. Folks just want to complain. They still watch the NFL, they still buy from Amazon, and they will still drink Bud Light. We just like to complain and that's good. We are just humans and Americans expressing our free speech.

But one thing that people don't realize...Budweiser launched a very successful campaign. They used the "culture" war for marketing and they won! Look, no one here can stop talking about! If people would realize this then maybe they would complain less...NAH.

Doesn’t mean anyone is buying their product, at least not currently, and that doesn’t evidence a “win” for InBev.

Their other brands may see an increase, but a decline in sales of BL (even if people are talking about it) is not a win for BL by any measure.

Had yuengling flight for the first time over the weekend. It'll probably replace yuengling light as my pisswater of choice.

Just buy products you like, and don’t buy products you don’t like. It’s a really peaceful way to live.

These companies largely don’t give a shite about the causes they’re pretending to support. They are playing a role with the end goal being more profit.

Then companies like Black Rifle Coffee come along and try to profit off of the opposite side of the spectrum. They don’t really care either.

Bud Light has always been shite beer. It’s still shite beer. Don’t buy it because it’s shite beer, not because it pretends to care about Dylan. They don’t.

After looking up brands owned by Anheuser -Busch, I decided to check out some local breweries

I am one of those guys and just drink IPAs.

Mostly local small breweries, so I have no idea what their politics are since they cannot afford a marketing department.

The small local craft beer explosion has been a gift from God, you have to be a mental midget to still want to drink anything from AB, Miller or Coors.

Abita. Parrish. Tin Roof. There are a lot of good local breweries around that beat out national brands by far.

ETA: Miller Lite is my go to cheap drinking beer for events.

Miller Coors is HIV positive gay friendly and has been for years. You know where that Silver Bullet is going? Up your arse.
