If he plays his cards right, the CEO will die soon and she'll come back to him with all the money begging for the young D again. Sounds like a win/win for your cousin. Have some much needed time away from the nagging wife, he gets to slay poon in the meantime, while she isn't getting satisfied. It's a scenario most would dream about.
