What throws me off is Rousseau is saying that the seismic activity recorded 5 explosions. One at tower one when the first plane hit, the second at tower 2 when the second plane hit, the third upon the collapse of tower 2, the fourth upon the collapse of tower 1 and the fifth upon the collapse of building 7. I wouldn't expect simultaneous explosions as the planes hit towers 1 and 2.

Well we know for a FACT that CNN coludes with the Democratic party on presidential debates so to suggest that the media and government officals work together behind the sceens is not a stretch.

You see the beauty of the professor's report is it doesnt matter what type of explosive was used. He knows the difference between waves that originate subterranean and ones that dont. Falling building could not produce the waves the the seismograph recorded.

man you guys are great trolls. I can't even resist. Seriously cheers boys I've installed numerous seismometers in areas with similar substrate to Manhatten. I have most assuredly seen P and S (obviously) and Rayleigh waves at greater than 30km from trucks using a damn Jake brake.
Dr. Rousseau is a kook. Funny that he couldn't get any of the seismologist at Columbia to co-author with him. I mean it is in NYC, Lamont Doherty is one of the premier geology schools in the world, and their seismometer array is closer to the WTCs than this Palisades unit at 34km.
You're right about not being able to tell what would've caused the "explosions". But there are none present in that data. One needs to compare multiple seismometers to pull out velocities and designate between different wave patterns. All of this has been done by multiple seismologist. I stand with them.
ETA: in fairness to y'all, I actually didn't realize that the Palisades seismo is Lamonts. That's my bad on that one. Still, the network of over 40 seismos in/around NYC/NJ have all been reviewed and compared with each other.
