I've never been in this situation luckily, but I don't think you're being bullshitted. It is definitely worth consulting a lawyer over this.

What'd he write on the ticket? That is key

Well. I just spoke with a buddy of mine who got the same ticket not long ago. Said he went to clerk of court. $120 dollars paid no repercussions like the ones stated. That's a funny story within itself. The dude got a ticket for urinating behind a building. Was on supervised probation. Shouldn't have even been out of his house after 9. The police didn't even run his license.

Everything you post sucks. And so do you.
Sounds like your friend got lucky and slipped through the cracks. I wouldn't test that theory. Hire a lawyer.

Out of curiosity I was just reading an article about public urination online. It is possible if they want to throw the book at you to get charged with indecent exposure or public lewdness, which requires registry with the sex offender list. It isn't necessarily the case, but it is possible. I would talk to a lawyer just to be safe.

Go frick yourself.
The ticket says urinating in public. Not indecent exposure.

Did anyone see your penis?
Or your pee stream? Even if it was the police officer, you might still have to register as a sex offender. Waving your dick at people is not cool dude.
I've heard a good lawyer with connections might get you off the list but you will have to shell out $$$

You might be fine, but if it were me I wouldn't risk it. Whatever money the lawyer costs will be well worth it. Being on the sex offender list could easily frick up your life and seriously affect your earning potential.

You really are fricked .. These guys aren't shitting you. Lawyer up unless you want to mail out post cards to your neighbors ..

I don't know. I'm not really concerned after talking to my friend who got the same thing. If I can't get it fixed I'm just gonna call up on Monday and see what I owe.

Hold tight guy. I'll ask my SO who specializes in sex offenses.
I'll give you the info in about 10 minutes.
If needed, I'll hook you 2 up. That will be an expensive piss, lol

When you go door to door in your neighborhood don't oversell the fact that it wasn't in front of little kids. It'll make people suspicious.

I'll say this, with most of the cases that are minor, the end result is to get it removed from your record after all co editions of the sentence are met.
If you hire a lawyer now, they'll include that service (if allowed). If you wait and think youlle just hire a lawyer later to have it removed, they will hit you for at least 1500. Happens all the time. It's a paperwork issue that no lawyer wants to frick with unless it's one of their clients.

People aren't messing with you. You need to lawyer up and hope you can get them to change to another crime. Otherwise you could end up having to register.

Is being put on the sex offender list really something that you want to roll the dice with? Really? You might really be stupid.

Hire lawyer. Have him present a 7 man glory hole line up to the court. Ask cop to ID the PP. If it isn't it they must acquit. You can beat it
