I am a morning and night kind of guy.

I shower every morning because I sweat like a pig in my sleep.

I like to keep my pits freshly shaved so that I'm aerodynamic when I fight

Every morning, aside from the occasional frick it day. Again at night on an as needed basis, usually after working out or pre BJ

Seriously though, in the winter, once every 3 days and a daily armpit wipe followed by deodorant. In the summer at least every day along with a thorough crotch dosing of talcum powder to keep the swamp arse away.

And in either case, shampoo should be every other shower because it will dry the shite out of your scalp. Use conditioner at every shower. And I never wash my face with anything but water and since I've been doing that I've never had any skin issues on my face. I don't know, maybe it's my perfect greaser, dago skin.

Generally speaking you need to wash your arse every day if you want to be considered civilized. If you go to the gym or are active throughout the day then you'll probably end up showing multiple times daily.

Most of the dudes here only get sex from their wives once every few weeks so they think it's nbd to be a smelly slob.

I think most medical studies say bathing/showering three days a week is sufficient and actually more healthy for your skin than showering twice a day.

That's not feasible if you interact with others on a daily basis. I shower once a day. Twice a day and my skin dries out.
