I just think that it's funny that you used a five year old picture. I've already stated that she's very attractive. It's just that, generally, all other things being equal, I think that a 25 year old is going to be more attractive than a 45 year old. Your mileage may vary.

If you want quality women, you need to be at least one (preferably 2 or more) of the following:
1. tall & hot
2. rich
3. famous
4. artistically talented
5. funny
6. powerful (like a mob boss, a big time drug dealer, a crooked sheriff, or a high-ranking politician)
If you're a short, poor, unfunny, ugly dude, you've got no shot. You need something that makes you stand out, so if you're short, poor, and ugly, you better be talented and funny.
Pete Davison is tall, but looks like a Goblin. He's famous, but he's not rich (SNL writers don't make much money), nor powerful (he can't have someone killed). He's not particularly artistic, but he is pretty funny. So, famous + funny = gets hot chicks.

Ariana Grande looks like a 12 year old ,and is really not good looking. Kate Beckinsale is more attractive ,but she is like 45... This is her look at me I can get a guy 20 years younger than me moment.
