Just saw someone stroll through the university library puffing water vapor into the air from his not-cigarette-cigarette. Somehow Don Draper made smoking indoors look cool, but this guy just looked trashy.

Not here. They clamped down hard on it recently. The only place you can vape on campus is in your car.

I'm pretty sure the actual law is that they are treated the same as smoking tobacco. At least I'm pretty sure that they were included in the New Orleans smoking ban for bars and casinos.

I want to vape while wearing my fedora. If LSU doesn't like that then maybe I'll just transfer to some small liberal arts college. Somewhere where people will respect me for my classy dressing and sweet vape setup.

Studies will be finalized showing how bad e-cigs are for the lungs.
No chemicals like cigerettes(except nicotine), but you are putting water vapor in lungs. They havent been out long enough for people to have accurate studies but the day will come.
