I had to bail my Mama out of jail about 35 years ago because she had been arrested for DUI because she refused to take the test....swore she was sneezing when she crossed the center line. I don't know if she was drunk or not at the time but she was drunk a lot of the time but the state was not overly concerned if she was or wasn't, she was as far as they were concerned.
Steve Goodman would have feasted on this story.

A buddy of mine had a Mazda RX7 back in the 80's with a sunroof.

One summer day he was driving down Sullivan road, headed towards Greenwell Springs Rd in Central. Windows down and top open.

He feels something hit him in the chest, looks down, and sees nothing. A minute later, as he's about to merge on to Greenwell Springs, a sharp, searing pain erupts in his crotch area! Pain lances through his balls and in to his abdomen. A wasp had gotten sucked in through the sunroof, hit his chest and went down his shirt. It had crawled down to escape and ended up in his shorts where it decided enough was enough and stung him on the balls!

He said when the pain hit he screamed in anguish and kinda "jumped" in his seat. This caused his foot to jam down on the accelerator and sent him flying through the intersection of Sullivan and GReenwell Springs! He barely missed a car, veered in to the oncoming lane and managed to swerve back to his side, all while doing upwards of 80mph and beating himself in the crotch to kill the wasp.

I'd say that's worse than a sneeze...

Sneezing while nutting is way worse.

I’d rather die in a fiery auto crash than do a simultaneous sneeze/gizz

Try sneezing on short final in a Cessna 150. I was low but also thankfully slow.

Sneezing I can handle, but a coughing attack was much more problematic. I started coughing while driving down the interstate one day and could not stop. Couldn't breathe in either and started to black out. Literally could not see. I took my foot off the gas and held it as straight as I could, hoping to come out of it. I drifted to the left and hit the guardrail at such an angle I basically slid down it for a good ways before regaining my senses. Got off at the next exit and had to sit and shake for a while. All of the sheet metal on that side of the truck had to be replaced, along with the mirror and drivers window (shattered), and a tire and wheel.

That's not nearly as terrifying as sneezing when you have diarrhea...

Oh, tell me about it. I was fighting the flu, but still had to work because bills don't care. I'm eating these sugar free cough drops like candy.

Not realizing the ingredient that makes them sugar free is also a laxative in high doses.

I was having to clench my big cheeks when I sneezed and...well...

One time the sneezing fit was too much and I wasn't quick enough

I called my supervisor and said "boss, I just shite my pants. I'm going home for the day."

He understood

Yeah when I was 15. I got over it after sneezing in my car a few times.

Yes I’ve had terrible sneezing fits while driving. Like 15-20 sneezes in a row. It’s definitely not safe.

I have a severe allergy to tree pollen. In peak season I spend every waking moment trying not to sneeze. It can be quite exhausting and debilitating.
