I came home from the store last night and stepped on this little bastard. He attacked the shite out of my jeans and latched on but luckily didn't get any skin.

Considering I was being trashy and wearing flip flops with jeans it could have been much worse.

So what is this bitch? Harmless? Or did I get lucky and escape losing a foot?

The Rattlus Deathicus. You can't feel the bite and it won't leave a mark, but the venom sets in after two days. You'll feel nauseous, mouth will become watery, and then anxiety sets in. Most people last about two days before the toxins overcome your organs and shut them down.

Judging by the color, the alternating patterns, and the orientation of the snake, you can't take a fricking picture.

That's a dick snake most likely. You can tell by waving your flaccid penis in a helicopter motion near its face. If it bites you, it's a dick snake.

Shitty picture, but looks like a copperhead, and yes, venomous. Go buy a lottery ticket.

You got lucky. Your night could have gotten a lot worse had he sunk his little copperhead fangs in your skin. Probably wouldn't have died, but it would have hurt and required a trip to the ER.
