This doesn't even include the swarms of Texas, Texas A&M, OU, Okie State, and Texas Tech graduates that come each year.
Dallas has so much young talent that moving here and the areas to draw them here keep getting better. Lower Greenville keeps growing and Uptown can't build apartments fast enough to house them. Dallas is becoming a premier city in the world with no end in sight.
