Do we know if Hayes actually hit Will's car after the hit and run? What made Smith stop? I keep hearing people say that Hayes rammed Smith but not sure if that has been verified yet.
Smith tapped him on accident from what it looked like. It barely looks like he hit him and there didn't look to be much damage at all. If Hayes followed him and hit him on purpose, how is Will the aggressor?

ETA: Although i think it is fairly certain he did hit smith. However, the termed rammed and slammed is biased people at this point

Not for sure but damage is visible on the back of the Mercedes. The spare tire compartment is clearly dented.

Having a gun in your vehicle doesn't mean anything. And we don't know yet if either party had alcohol or drugs in their system.
Taking it out and shooting someone does mean something though. I really don't see how Hayes will get off unless Will had a gun in his hand when he was shot or caused him physical harm. I think we are pretty sure nothing physical happened.

I have read and watched every news report out there.
Lyons Yellin from WWLTV was at the scene and he reported that the Hummer hit the Mercedes and pushed it further up the street about 15 feet.
You're misreporting your updates.
The ONLY Smith that was hit was the Mercedes. No one has reported a physical altercation.

I guess you are right. We don't know for sure yet. But judging from several witnesses, no one has mentioned any pushing or punches being thrown.
