This right here. I can't believe so many are rushing to judgement. If everyone would just be patient I'm sure most of the story will come out.

By the very definition of the word, he was a thug.

I'm pretty sure dragging someone by their hair makes you a violent person.

Well technically they all are mistakes, what's your point?

Ok Will Smith was a "thug" family man who loads of people loved. He's now dead and Hayes is ultimately responsible for his death

I do not think Smith was a thug. I just dont think Hayes was one either.

If you apply the definition correctly, yes. Words actually have meanings.

Im going to post an update for those who keep popping in asking for updates:

1. Smith rear ended Hayes and left the scene after Hayes tried pulling over
-It was a slight bump and nothing egregious
-At first, people argued that Hayes "brake checked Smith" for some reason. Second video showed line of cars in front of Hayes

2. At that Point, you can see Smith's vehicle leave the scene and Hayes follow

3. The next chain of events is unknown. However this is what we have

Hayes rear ends Smith. How this happens is unknown. At some point, according to witnesses, it seems both men were out their car. A witness said he saw Hayes and possibly another man telling Smith they would fight him, and then Smith possibly says "Get out, I have a gun" at that point, the shooter says "I have one too"

the next chain of events is completely unknown and seems is where the case will hinge

However, what we know is Smith was then shot leaving him slouched in his vehicle, with his wife shot also.

The shooter had a .45 on his person, and another gun in his car. Smith had a fully loaded unfired 9mm somewhere in his car. Ballistics testing has not yet been done to verify exactly which gun fired each shot.

No casings found in the vehicles (for the umpteenth time!)

I watched the NO CoP press conference and he said that all the casings found after the shooting matched the type of gun found at the scene Saturday night.

What I still want to know is why were Shooter and Shooter's Ex-Teammate/Friend in the area that night? Where had they been? Had they been out drinking? Photos of Shooter = no emotion in eyes, glassy looking.

Regardless of what anyone says, I still think that Shooter stopped abruptly when Will hit him. It looked to me like a sudden, jerky stop. It's been 100 years, but when I took Driver's Ed, we were taught to gently brake so the the car doesn't stop suddenly.

I also think that Will being behind him for 30 seconds gave him time to see no damage on the back of the Hummer so he left when it should have been Shooter's choice to let him off the hook. On the other side of the fence, shooter shouldn't care now since he deliberately plowed into Smith's car.

Lastly, I want to know if Shooter knew it was Will Smith before he killed him. Shooter was a prep and semi pro football player and HAD to know of the Saints players.

His car is still slightly rolling when Smith makes contact

You forgot the part where Hayes callously shot Smith's wife repeatedly to shut her up.

Irrelevant.

Toxicology reports will determine that.

If Hayes got out looking to fight, his self defense argument is worthless.

The Smith gun and the other gun found in Shooter's car were found to have not been fired. Guns were fully loaded.

He shot her in the leg to make her shut up? Well that plan sure backfired!

I dont technically think that is right. I think it comes down to who had reasonable fear first. AKA, who was the first aggressor. So if he got out looking for a fight while using verbal threats, then yeh he lost his right at self defense most likely.

No, they think it does. I put facts at in my update. Ballistics testing still has not been completed.
