I didn't realize you were trolling this whole time. My bad.

Thanks for proving my point, benchodeman.
You're too blinded by your fanboism, and resort to attacking Lester Earl and other posters when you get angry. This case has nothing to do with the Saints or NFL football.

Any meaningful news in this thread? not reading whole thing. Is there any evidence showing Smith drew weapon first?

I'm having a hard time deciding if I'm more astonished by the violence in New Orleans or the blatant racism in this thread.

Has the video of the hit and run been posted in here?

Unstable people, and yes, I think the Shooter is unstable, should not possess guns.
When you say unstable, you mean a thug, probably high on drugs and alcohol, who puts little value on life to begin with, right? These types of people are entrenched in these neighborhoods, and it's generational now. Good luck fixing it with your night out against crime events
And I believe he was a convicted felon, so he isn't allowed to possess firearms
Now that said, Will Smith the stand-up guy, husband, father, son, etc made some dumb choices and became apart of that environment, sub culture, whatever you want to call it. Doing that he came across the wrong person at the wrong time and it cost him his Life. So basically don't try and out thug a real thug. Adhere to your values, and go home to your family at night

The entire case will hinge on witness testimony and that of the passengers in the smith car. I could not care less what Tanzania is saying. frick that butch for dropping the Saint comment.

Before the incident:
Hayes had been arrested for illegal weapons
Smith had been arrested for dragging a woman around by the hair.
I think it is unfair to label Hayes the "thug" and Smith the "upstanding citizen before the shooting

I know it is coming from the father but wow if true.
Did you notice that Mr. Smith, Sr. called the Shooter a gentleman?
That just tells me Mr. Smith, Sr. is the real gentleman and I know what kind of child he raised. Will Smith graduated from tOSU and was just getting his Masters from the U. He wasn't thugging.
Just wrong place wrong time, like when my Thug beat me up. I was just lucky he didn't have a gun.

Did he ever drag you by your hair?

Making a mistake and putting your hands on a women is inexcusable, but that doesn't make you a thug. Its a big mistake, it's not a way of life. He was a family man, great father, and friend according to most who knew him

He wasn't thugging.
And this board also calls people who hit and run "THUG POS."
It is interesting to see the change

The scary thing is i think Hayes really thinks he didnt do anything wrong. He killed a man who hadnt thrown a single punch or made any physical contact, then just stood there with his gun until the cops showed up. With more of the facts coming out, i cant say that i dont understand his thought process, but i really dont think it justifies dumping an entire clip into his back and car.

It is complete biased bullshite.
ETA: I have no issue with Smith and may he RIP. But the bias is strong in you and others

So is the shooter.

You sure about that?
However, I do agree that nothing justifies shooting someone that many times. Nobody should have been hurt over what happened.
