There's about 21 seconds elapsed from the time the hummer begins to slow down and the time he pulls over to the side and Smith pulls around him.

The second angle showing the intersection only shows about 4 seconds before the hummer pulls to the side.

That angle does not show if there were people crossing the street, or if a car was pulling into/out of a street space. The video neither proves, nor disproves that Hayes stopped short for no reason or in an effort to get smith to hit him.

There is a red light 20 yards from where the Hummer stopped. Video was taken from Juan's Flying Burrito.

The video shows nothing anywhere near the front of his vehicle. So the cars either magically disappeared, or they weren't there at all.
