Followed him? How much have you drank tonight?

There was a car accident.

Shots were fired across the vehicle from driver to passengers side. You can not assume some one is going to do something and use deadly force.

This dude's own attorney said he followed Smith to get his license plate. He's claiming he was the victim of a hit and run by Smith or the people in the Impala earlier.

Uh. Reading comprehension?

Allegedly the perp's father was killed by a cop. That cop happened to have been involved in some way. Not just as a responder.

Yep. He was there when father was killed.

Never said he responded.

Well it won't be you since you've given several "opinions" so far and been disproved a few times already.

By law puts him in the wrong and gives him no legal right for self defense. He is guilty, it's over.

Of course you can.

That's the whole basis of stand your ground.

If you canconvincely claim you had a reasonable fear then juries let you go.

The law is an arse... And, Facts are not fair. That is why they are facts. Time will tell. Surveillance cameras may provide relevant info beyond the spin...

Well, being shot in the back in the driver's seat probably means Smith was reaching towards the center console when he got popped meaning Smith was seated at the wheel and the shooter was outside he vehicle. He had to have followed Smith back to his car.

Should be easy to prove that looking at the cars.

IF someone rear ends you, there is no law that allows you to follow, stalk, wreck, and murder them.

That part of his lawyers comment is useless. To me, it shows he was the aggressor at the time of him murdering Smith.

What's he gonna say.."he hit my car, so I followed him for blocks, rear ended him, and shot his ads because I feared for my life"?

I'm sure that defense will work!
