Lot of my people originally come from Chackbay and Houma, crispy skin. Most of the time steak cut portions. I also use a hint of chipotle and smoked paprika on the skin sometimes unless I make a lemon butter sauce to accompany.

I was lighting a fire, throwing leaves in it and using the blower to blow smoke throughout the neighborhood earlier.
Just a good solid black smoke smell to really get the nasal passages going

As a child, when I would ride my bike home in the late afternoon I would smell fish frying, Italian food, and occasionally a grill, but it was mostly about roux cooking at each house. Sometimes it was onions and sometimes it was the trinity but it smelled pretty awesome in the neighborhood every day.
