There are multiple species of technologically advanced aliens that have come to Earth. The greys are the most well known bc they are of similar intelligence to us, so they prefer to meddle in the affairs of other worlds. By comparison, there are some higher order intelligence species that protect us from being taken over by the greys. Multiple species have made contact in different parts of the earth, so Nazca may have seen a different race than the Egyptians
