Between 13-14 hours, from New York to Rome.

From some AFB in California to Newark, NJ then to Frankfurt Germany and finally to Kuwait. Like someone else said, that was with my flak jacket, helmet, rifle and LBV on the floor where my feet went.
It sucked.
It sucked.

Baltimore to Tokyo. I forget how long it was but it felt like 3 days. Also flew a couple times from D.C. to Frankfurt, Germany, not a bad flight at all.

10 hour flight from Nice to NYC.
Flight itself wasn't bad except I didn't have a flight to get me from NYC back to Nola once I landed at 4:30 pm. Normally wouldn't be that big of a deal, but I had a flight the next morning from Nola to Key West for a good buddy's bachelor party leaving at 11 am. It was a shite show.

Longest has only been 4 hours. How does the ot deal with being on planes for 8+ hours ? I'm sure the planes are not bigger (room wise )

13.2 hours, but I wasn't a passenger. Took off and landed in the same place.

For a short while DL had a ATL-BOM direct flight. I loved it while it lasted. Beats the dick off of ATL-JFK-BOM or ATL-CDG-BOM or ATL-AMS-BOM. Just under 16 hours door to door going to BOM and just under 18 hours coming back to ATL door to door. IIRC when they were running a triple points offer on this route I got ~25k MQM and 75k miles on that route booking Y.

About 22 hours in a plane. Started at cherry point NC, hit every stupid navy/Marine Corps air station on the east coast (NGU,NTU,NBC,etc) to pick up people, even stopped in Lake Charles for god knows why, and ended in NAS Corpus Christi.
And NO alcohol.
