Put phone down atleast an hour before bed.

Only get in bed when going to bed. Not to watch tv or phone.

No screens in bedroom.

Go up to the nearest vape store and get some indica delta 8 - it saved my life as far as sleep

I could never fall asleep because my mind would just race.. tried everything.. got some D8 and about an hour before bed I take it.. giggle a little while watching tv in bed and boom.. I’m out for the next 6-8 hours. It’s glorious

In Louisiana, we now have to pay a premium on THC because the legislature mandated that it can only be sold in 5mg doses.

I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep every night unless I was extremely wore out. I now take 10mg of melatonin and it works great. I fall asleep fast and sleep almost the entire night and I don't wake up groggy. I was hesitant to take it, but it works really well for me

Wake up at 4 am and go to the gym for an hour. Then go to work. Don’t drink or consume caffeine after 230. Try to eat healthy and not too much past 6. If you aren’t tired by 830 you have problems.

My doctor prescribed me Vistaril. Its a sedative that treats anxiety, but it is used for sleeping as well.

Magnesium glycinate is helpful for me. Not a cure all but studies show it can calm the mind and nervous system, which can help you sleep. Many people are deficient in it anyway and should consider a supplement.

But don't start making this a habit. If you get to the point where you take it every night to sleep, if you ever decide to stop using it its not fun to ween off of. I made this mistake because it worked so well, you don't wake up feeling like you took something, it doesn't make you feel drowsy, it just allows you to fall asleep.. At least for me, but I didn't like the fact I was taking it every day. I just stopped and I started feeling horrible so I took one and it was obvious that I couldn't just stop taking it. I talked to my doctor and he told me how to ween myself off.

I started doing so and then when I go to the point of not taking one at night I took one and did it a few times in a row then had to start all over and had to do an abbreviated version and since I waited to the point I only had a few left, once I was out I felt like shite for a good week and a half. Its not worth it, but it works better than anything else.. at least for me.
