Fillers. She's had way more than one procedure and hormones. Lips, cheeks, Botox for those bags under her eyes, laser
Treatment for the dark circles, at least two breast augmentations, and a nose job.
If hormones alone could accomplish any of that stuff then women everywhere would be on HRT all the time.
I watched that YouTube transition video. At the end of it she said "it's not about passing, it's about being who you are" if that's true then why try so hard? Just put on a wig and a thong and deal.
