Really, more women would have to decide to become house moms and accept a more meager lifestyle. If this happened in great enough numbers, prices would fall.
It would be really bad for the economy though, which is mostly propped up by American consumerism. So her husband might get laid off if she did that too

I think the age of men marrying also has a lot to do with the quality of young women these days. There was a time when more women were marriage material nowadays it takes a little longer to find one worth marrying.

You’ve been told incorrect info. My wife is 51 and is just now starting to experience the early stages of menopause. Seems to be consistent with all her friends that are if the same age.
As far as libido, it kicked into a higher gear right around 40 and is still going pretty strong. Honestly throughout our 40’s she probably wanted it more often then I did.

I’m replying to this as a married woman of 30.5 years and in complete menopause for the last three years. My sexual desire has actually increased during this time. Maybe I’m a unicorn, but my husband is certainly thankful for it.

The biggest reason marriage is delayed is the time it takes to become financially "viable" and the fact that almost everyone spends their teens and 20s dating casually. There's a huge difference between dating to marry and dating for fun. Our mainstream culture even tells people, especially girls, to "have fun" before settling down. Many are now learning it simply doesn't work like that.
Also, another side issue is how people no longer live in tight knit local communities and typically date outside of those communities. Takes longer to vet people and easy to waste time dating someone that doesn't jive with your own upbringing.
A lot of components that helped make marriages happen have been eroded by secularism, atomization, and a more advanced economy.
