Several properties have been sold within the last few years along a stretch of la highway, in geismar specifically.
I would like to know how big these lots were and what the purchase price was. Best way to proceed?

2. Pull records for said area
3. Identify buyers

Tax assessor online? Usually has the info on the assessment. If not then Clerk of Court

Go to Ascension Parish tax assessor's website and search it on there.
Or you can go to Zillow and change the search criteria from For Sale to Recently Sold and see if it shows up on there.

I was an intern at a top commercial real estate company and found that ascension parish was one of the best property search websites. You about to get educated.
