6 weeks technically unless you count instances where there was an issue in manufacturing, which is a totally different issue.
This ruling is interesting in the face of yesterday's SCOTUS decision not to allow injunctive relief in the First District Does v. Mills case out of Maine.

We are an at-will state, like most states. So, an employer can pretty much mandate whatever he wants,” said attorney Gregory Miller.
Until those mandates violate laws and civil rights.
You can’t fire someone based on skin color in an at will state.
Firing people because they won’t vaxx due to religious reasons is a federal civil rights issue.

Again this is a lie, which doesn't lend much credence to covidians like yourself.

However, in this case it has to do with whether or not the company is firing someone who is exercising their civil right (not to be mandated to take the vaccine which hasn't been ruled on yet). So, imho your question is premature.
A private company can fire you for exercising your civil right. So what's different about this one?

Not a single conservative should support this ruling.
The court ruling only applies while the case is being the decided in court.
