It's a complete and utter lack of culture. Civilization demands 2 things to survive. Order and a sense of Resonsibility. Civilization has proliferated depending on how people choose to Order or categorize themselves, and how they view responsibility.

Order is achieved when like-minded people establish a path to the betterment of all people involved. There is no order in the black community. There isn't any real sense of community, which makes it rotten at its core.
There is no sense of responsibility either. The black community is hedonistically violent and celebrates the fact. This is alien to anyone that believes in the betterment of their community. Civilized people do not need laws to force them to do the right thing. For generations in this country people did right not because they feared consequence of the law, but because they were taught by their parents and lived under the expectation of doing the right thing.
Today, a black man is to be celebrated because he hasn't committed a felony. It's actually a shock to meet one that hasn't. They aren't expected to be gentlemen. My expectation of an encounter with a black man today is to simply survive it. That's why I avoid it whenever I can.

Wow. "Jugg DaBaby." I'm reminded of the question Tom Brokaw posed to the nation in the aftermath of Tupac Shakur's death. In regards to young Mr. DaBaby's death, "is America losing its best and brightest?"
