Up here in Richmond, VA the arena downtown was built in the early 1970s and they will not build a new one and they about to lose a second minor league baseball team in the next couple of years if they dont build a new stadium. Point being, Richmond has a metropolitan population basically the same as New Orleans and will not do anything to improve the city. It is mostly black and ran by black Democrats which is so typical.
