Idk maybe I'm an a-hole, but if I'm paying an HOA fee and there is a family in my neighborhood that doesn't live there making noise, I'm gonna be aggravated. Has nothing to do with race, and everything to do with the fact that I pay for an organized community that is supposed to be monitoring this stuff.
I have no idea about the situation here, but I can certainly see both sides depending on the circumstance.
