Which part of your test ensures that there will be any appreciable amount of "beautiful" people?

Although this would be morally wrong, it would fix ALOT of the problems of today. This would have a similar impact that the legalization of abortion had on crime rates going down in the early 00's when compared to the late 80's- early 90's.

There are actually 3 tests, assuming you pass the first (a psychological health test), you would then continue to the 2nd and 3rd test. I'll assume the first part was understood.

But of course you would need to take the second test if you passed the first. You would need to be evaluated with regard to both standards (physical ability and aptitude) in the event that you choose to reproduce with someone who meets none of the requirements. You would then need to meet both standards in order to reproduce with someone who meets neither.

Your ability to comprehend these requirements, leads me to believe that you wouldn't need to worry about having more than one child under these conditions.

I'd do better than that: Anyone who wishes to be sterilized will receive 20K from Uncle Sam. I don't care about your background whatsoever, but it would save the tax payers billions due to short term rewards on getting sterilized.

Physical attractiveness can be explained scientifically with the golden ratio for facial make-up, as well as other tests for facial symmetry. There are also body proportions in men and women that have been scientifically linked to physical attractiveness (waist-to-chest ratio, waist-to-hip ratio, etc).

Eugenics is farther than I would ever go.

Still doesn't help physical ability or intelligence. There are millions of fricking dumb and unathletic beautiful people.

If you're talking physical fitness or mental aptitude as the two main criteria, those don't have anything to do with facial symmetry or body proportions.
