Did you change her food or give her any treats or people food? It could just be a stomach ache/gas from eating differently.

Did the dog just get vaccines? This could make it sick.

Check her gums,if they are pale she needs worming.Bad case of worms can make a puppy lethargic.

I’d take her, she could’ve eaten something and had an obstruction

At least that’s what happened to mine but he started vomiting not long after I noticed him not being himself. 7 days and a surgery later he was good as new but it was touch and go for a bit

How long ago she got her shots? First shots should be around 8-12 weeks old. Second shots, about 2 months old. Worming both times.

My new pup that is now about 4 months old with my old pup.

Cute

She got her 3 month shots two days before we got her. She’s heart worm negative

She’s napping right now but was pretty energetic when she woke up

Like, legit eating thread?

That's not good. My folks have a yorkie that chewed some of their carpet a while back. The carpet was a little longer than normal and kinda thread like, and it royally screwed him up. He had to have 2 surgeries and they almost lost him. His insides got all twisted up with it.
