She’s much more playful and ate all her food and drank a good bit of water

Take her in. This happened to my dog and we got her to the vet after a couple of days of lethargy and not eating/drinking for a day or so. She went downhill so fast. Turns out she has Addisons and was going into crisis. Many dogs die because they don’t get to the vet on time. We were lucky and she made it and is doing fine now with daily steroids and a monthly injection. The point of this is it could be anything from an upset stomach to something much more severe like with my dog. She needs to go in for bloodwork and fluids, to start.

Probably upset stomach.

Give'er a Pepcide 20mg.
