It's an over grown lot in a run down neighborhood without a paved road. I could buy it and clear it and sell it for 7-10 thousand. It would be a fun project and teach me about flipping land.

I've also considered building a home on it and selling. Im going to go look at it in the morning. Its only 35 minutes away from the house.

.19 acres wooded in a sub division.

If you can afford it.... do it. I missed out on something years ago that I could have bought. It is now in the suburbs and worth so much more. Worst case, you sell close to what you bought it at.

If it’s in the hood, you’re a great example of the Bigger Fool principle.

Through I did by a lot once for $8,000 and flipped it in 2 years to a bigger fool for $20,0000.

He commited suicide later on, so I feel bad.
