Should I be concerned about this Satanic hat?

I’m a retail construction contractor and I noticed my paint crew has this hat displayed in the windshield
This is the third job I’ve had them on and haven’t had a problem with any of them personally, but haven’t really interacted much. Should I find this disturbing though? Who the hell would own a hat like that and why?
What kind of weird rituals am I subsidizing by employing these freaks?

Probably fricking and then killing the goats. I would fire the Aggies immediately.

Somebody trying to act "edgy".
A painting crew;they're firing one up after lunch.

You can find it disturbing all you want, but until they start fricking up, he sounds like a solid employee

As long as he’s doing his job well, who cares what he believes in? As long as he’s not screwing up it shouldn’t bother you.

I’m a little torn. On the one hand, I don’t have any issues with them professionally (other than trying to DJ the entire space with shitty music), on the other hand, there’s a weird vibe around the project with the other crews. I’m not going to fire them, but I think I’m hiring a different crew for the next one. The goat/human sacrifice jokes are getting old.

You've been on several jobs with them so they must do quality work. What the hell else matter?
Are you equally as concerned about your Christian contractors "weird rituals you may be subsidizing"
BTW you sound like a dick to work for.

You should be very concerned, but can't really do anything about it. You do not want to be on the bad side of someone who likely dabbles in the dark arts. I'd give him a raise before he puts a hex on you.

christians have some weird rituals too. Have you read the 7 tenants of the satanic temple? They are a far better guide to life than the 10 commandments. I wouldn't be worried. Satanism is just as real as Christianity. To them, Lucifer is the good guy who rebelled against god because he disagreed with his treatment of Humans and casting them out of the garden of eden. He punishes those who do wrong.

I'm pretty sure that you can't fire somebody for their religious beliefs. This thread pretty much gives them a case for that

Great comparison. Totally the same thing.

They aren’t employees, they are 1099 subcontractors and I can “fire” them whenever I want for whatever I want.

Is there any Red paint involved?
PS: it’s probably goats blood

Saw a dude yesterday with a flatbill that read in all caps ”WOKE”... I’d rather my employees wear the Satan hat tbh

Well, there’s some bullshite word salad.
So they believe in an all-powerful creator, but have sided with his greatest antagonist. Riiight.
That and all the altruistic jibber jabber tells me this is not true satanic worship. This is Atheism/humanism is disguise. True followers of satan believe in the religious depiction (anything else is a bastardization) and want to spread chaos and mayhem.
Hopefully whichever of these painters owns the hat is a goofball tree hugger like you’re describing and not an actual follower of some mythical dark lord.

Give him a "What Would Jesus Do" key chain and see what happens

Except Christians don’t kill people’s pets like atheists do
