This is 100% BoB crime, notice on the article NO race was mentioned. Dead giveaway
I mean it’s Shreveport, that’s 99% of shootings.

My wife is from the Shreve City. From the way she talks about it, Mall St Vincent is a shithole

Do white folks who have a household income north of $50K even go to malls anymore?

I haven’t been in a while, but I think this Dillard’s usually has pretty decent folks shopping in it. They don’t usually venture to the rest of the mall, but the Dillard’s has been pretty nice.

Police said the shooting incident occurred at or around the entrance of Dillard's and claimed the life of a 19-year-old male, Bryan Theus of Shreveport.
Two men -- Theus and as 22-year-old Treyvious Dotie of Shreveport -- reportedly crossed paths at the store and were engaged in a verbal dispute before Dotie produced a handgun and fired at Theus, Shreveport police Sgt. Angie Willhite told The Times.
Police say Dotie shot Theus multiple times shortly after he walked out of the store. He then came back and shot Theus several more times as he lay on the ground. Investigators believe the two men knew each other.
“It’s all captured on video surveillance. Dillard’s is known to have good, high-quality video surveillance and so we’re fortunate to have that," Willhite said.

Mall St Vincent has been off the list for several years.
Daytime in and out for the last ten.
