Yea, shot girls have no problems violating people's personal space, and they are usually horrid looking on top of it.

Either way, we don't know if there was even more to the story. The girl might of said something, but either way.. I am sure the shot girl doesn't really want to allow people to just randomly smack her arse or just come up behind her, while she is doing her job, and touch her. I know I wouldn't want that shite... Most folks are applauding the shot girl. Would they do the same if it was a shot boy who got popped on the arse without his consent and then slapped the shite out of the offending girl?

That was ridiculous.
1. Shot girl better get fired.
2. Bouncer acted like shot girl did nothing wrong. Should have escorted the fat arse shot girl out.
3. The shot girl hit the dude she was giving a shot to in the face. Is he allowed to punch the shot girl in the face 5 or 6 times now?
4. The girl that was kicked out could file assault charges on the shot girl. That would result in a counter suit, but if I'm on a jury, the girl that gave a tiny tap on the butt is getting found innocent and the fat arse that assaulted someone who was not interested in a confrontation is getting found guilty.

That's part of the experience. When you go to Spirits and get into the barber chair for a shot, that is what happens. You pay for the shot girl to rough you up, pour the shot in your mouth, spin you around.
It would be like going to a hibachi grill and getting pissed because the chef made a big flame because you felt like you could have been burned.

Considering 95% of all cases are settled out of court, IF charges were filed, it is highly unlikely it would ever go to trial. It wouldn't be worth the money considering shot girl was reacting to what would be considered assault.
