Fact. I hate that I have to question things like this, but it seems to be reoccurring. If it truly were a noose , I wanted justice and someone prosecuted but it wasn’t adding up. NASCAR seemed to decide to continue riding the wave of good publicity with every other driver and crew pushing Bubba.
