I have everything I need within a 10 minute walk. Groceries, places like Chipotle to $100 steakhouses, bars, cleaners, etc. I actually take the scooters to American Airlines to go to Stars or Mavericks games, but other than that I'll only drive on the weekends to play golf or something like that.

Yea that's because I'm on the road right now for work. That's how working for the railroad works. You go from your home terminal to the away terminal at the other end of the line and back. They put you in a hotel for at least 12 hours
