Yea that's because I'm on the road right now for work. That's how working for the railroad works. You go from your home terminal to the away terminal at the other end of the line and back. They put you in a hotel for at least 12 hours

I understand that and I may work from home tomorrow because it's going to be cold and I might not feel like going out in the cold

It's possible to be both.

I'm in the best shape of my life, go to the gym 3-5 days a week for about an hour and 15 and watch what I eat very carefully.

And I'm the furthest thing from an insecure a-hole.

Don't let idiotic fools like Mingo discourage you. He gives fit fit people and gym goers a bad rep.

Not that cold but it's unpleasant.

I really try to work out too. I really didn't blow up until my thyroid gland went out after I got Lyme disease a few years back.

Yeah I would take Huskers any day of the week doing hard arse work out in the real cold over you freaking out over a little breeze and staying home.

No wonder we have so many soy beta males running around.

I'm not freaking out, simply taking advantage of one of the benefits of my job. Only a dumb person wouldn't do that which is why you think that way.

Some people work smarter and some work harder. I need baws like you to get my shite done while I'm doing big boy work

I could swing a hammer all day of I had to (as I did in summers in high school), but why would I do that when I can sit in a climate controlled office making more money and getting more benefits while doing less work?

Again, some people work smarter and some work harder.

The world needs ditch diggers too, though.

I don't work for the railroad, I work with the people that own the railroad

And those people are probably just trying to get you to do something efficiently, but you won't listen because they're some "soyboy" that's a gay fairy, not a tough guy like you.

Keept at it.

Consistency is key and remember you don't have to do it every day of the week. Just like maybe 3 days at minimum.

I work out and maintain my body as best I can because I witnessed my grandmother completely lose her body and all of its mobility as she aged sitting around doing nothing. Went on for years. It was just sad to watch.

Decided that was not going to happen to me and a buddy told me that a body that stays in motion stays in motion. Basically the human body is use it or lose it.

Good luck.

I'll give you this, there are some idiots in management in industry. Especially middle management, I have no idea how some of them got to where they are.
