Shannen Doherty has revealed her breast cancer has returned and she is now battling stage 4.
The 48-year-old actress made the announcement to her fans in an interview that aired Tuesday on "Good Morning America."
"It's going to come out in a matter of days or a week that I'm stage 4. So my cancer came back and that's why I'm here," she told Amy Robach. Prayers

My mom, grandfather, aunt all died of various forms of cancer. I am battling stage 3 now.

My grandmother, my mother (30 years after having a mastectomy), my older sister (who didn't have a mastectomy) at age 56, and my younger sister (who had a mastectomy).
My younger sister is still alive. DNA tests have shown that she is not a "carrier". She has two daughters, but she tells those kids, "I don't give a shite how painful and immodest it is, get a mammogram".
My older sister elected to have a lumpectomy. Then she had brain surgery. Then she died.
