No signs of anything on the ground East of Hattiesburg. Hattiesburg is getting rocked with wind right now, though. Not much hail to speak of.

I’m offshore and was just watching it blow through on the doorbell cam and it’s like a fricking strobe light out there. Feed went completely white and then that thunder from under hit. Someone in my neighborhood got hit. Had to.

That was warned earlier. Never looked that great, really.

If they're in Hattiesburg "proper" then they just got big winds from the gust front. Farther East near Richton could be a different story.

Yea we are literally a baseball throw to the east from 59 and just south of 98. Right in the middle of town.

Wife said the wind was bad

We got debris north of Neely.

Good reminder when you get a linear structure the limitations on low level shear aren't as big of a deal. Tors are short lived but this line is dropping quite a few.

Almost looks like a bit of an MCV around Leakesville, MS where the tornado warnings currently are.

questioning whether that complex up in MS makes it down to BR or dies out beforehand

I think BR gets some rain/thunder, but it really looks like the severe party is going to remain farther east.
