First tor warning of the day: Texas.
Good call on that being the better chase target, though the triple point in Iowa has time to cook and a severe warning up already.
HRRR sniffed out the Texas convection well this morning.

It should break between rounds. I'm working on a Wednesday forecast now, while wasting time trying to convince someone the world is round. I should have a better answer for you later this evening.

Yeah it is.
I've got to say though, Texas has surprised me with the tornado #s thus far. I suppose the DFW sounding showing more low-level shear than modeled was a good hint.
