Age is a big factor but 175 avg rate is pretty high. Sounds like you might need to slow your pace at least on some runs. Had to attend a college graduation ceremony recently. It seems to me some of the celebrations have gotten ridiculous. I am not downplaying the accomplishment and certainly understand a quick cheer when “your graduate” is called. But...
