It's been both. You can follow the existing warnings to the next but all along west of 55 is having spin ups happen. Dynamic situation.

Just talked to the old man who works in Clinton, said all hell is about to break loose, multiple tornadoes in the area.

I believe they're mostly existing warnings being modified as the storms move

Velocities look good for us. Lot of wind south and obviously to the north. BR may just have all the shite split around us despite some stout severe parameters. Gotta love that. Assuming it holds.

I see high winds aloft in that area. Nvm see a small rotation in the last frame
