Another vote for blue balls since it isn't real. I was in high school once too and got action without finishing. Never have my balls ever hurt. Now I'm married and have had secks without finishing...balls still don't hurt.

It's definitely a made up thing.

Well I've never had a kidney stone but I'm pretty sure they exist. It's most definitely a real thing. I haven't had em since I was younger but it does exist. I was just about to say the last two girls I dated thought it was just a made up thing as well.
