So went to the dudes wiki page after seeing him in the other thread.
He was convicted of killing and raping 110 girls and admitted to more than 300...
But he was only sentenced for 16 years... Then hospitalized for 3 for being insane. Then they released him for good behavior and his whereabouts are currently unknown.

Many South American countries did away with the death penalty in the early 1900's I believe

He was released 20 years ago when he was 49. He could be in jail for something else but he was definitely released for murdering 100+ children. And a 69 year old could kill a child. Are you Pedro Alonso?
